The bible say that "the Prayer of the righteous availeth much." Prayer is often taken for granted. If we only realize the amount of power that God give us when we pray, our loads would be lighter. If you are worrying and you can't take it to the cross then you should not be worrying about the problem. Earth has no sorrow that heaven can not heal. So take up your cross and bring it to Calvary where Jesus can bring it to the father.
What are your thoughts on the Power of Prayer?

I envy retired people who have much more time to devote to prayer. In my season of life, it is so busy with family responsibilites that I don't always pray as much as I should. I also think that sometimes we think that praying for someone isn't much--we say "all I can do is pray for them" as if it were a small thing instead of the enormous thing that it really is.
